Chiropractic: Chiropractic Care–Cheiros, by hand only; Praktikos –To practice. Chiropractors practice, by hand only, varied techniques to align the spine and reduce pressures and tensions to the nervous system, specifically the spinal column. Chiropractic is considered a primary care practice professionally. Chiropractors remove a condition known as vertebral subluxation, which when removed allows the nerve system to function better, and this, in turn, helps to solve many health concerns in the body-mind.

Kirtans:  A kirtan is a group singing and or chanting of sacred sounds to awaken the spiritual nature of each individual. It may also include the sharing of each individual’s spiritual journey.

Massage: Therapeutic massage is the skillful manipulation of soft tissue structures of the body to achieve the goal of relieving pain and discomfort, muscle spasms, relieve stress, and promote general health and well being. A full range of specialties include Swedish, hot stones, trigger point and deep tissue.

Numerology: Numerology is one of the metaphysical sciences. It can tell you about change and transitions in your life. The ancient science of numerology has unlocked the mysteries of life for over 2500 years. Today it continues to be a profound tool for discovering who you are, where you’re headed, and who you might become. It is the study of the significance of names and numbers.

Reflexology:  Reflexology is a method for activating the healing powers of the body by using reflexology points in the feet that correspond to every part of the body. It works by improving circulation and nerve flow which in turn nourishes the body and enables it to heal itself. Reflexology cleanses impurities, revitalizes energy, and naturally achieves a state of balance through the zone pathways in the body.

Reiki: Reiki is a system of natural healing based on ancient healing traditions from Asia. Reiki balances the physical body system, and the electromagnetic and subtle energy fields in and around the body. Reiki came to the West in its present form from Japan(“rei ki” is Japanese for “universal or spiritually-guided life force energy”). It has been practiced in the United States for more than 67 years.

Kundalini Yoga:  Kundalini Yoga (KY) as taught by Yogi Bhajan (YB) who brought this 5000 year old authentic system of yoga exercise to the West in 1969, is a system of yoga exercise and meditation that promotes health, happiness, and spiritual (not religious) awareness. It’s a complete science that combines postures, movement, sound current, breathing exercises, and meditation into powerful sets called KRIYAS.

Hatha Yoga:  This yoga system follows the 8 limbed model of yoga as presented by Patanjali. The 8 limbs are postures (asanas), ethical codes of conduct (yamas), restraints (niyamas), breathing exercises (pranayama), detachment and substitution ideology (pratyahara), concentration exercises (dharana), meditations (dhyana) and self realization or awakened state of being (Samadhi). These 8 limbs are integrated into each class so the yoga practitioner has a ‘yogic experience’ each time they practice yoga.

Hatha-Vinyasa ISHTA:  ISHTA Yoga as taught by Alan Finger blends traditional hatha yoga postures (84 postures with hundreds of variations) with sequential flowing motion to create a graceful continuous flow of yoga movement. It feels like meditation in motion.
