JOIN EMPIRE KAYAKS THROUGHOUT THE SUMMER AS WE COMBINE
TWO MAGNIFICENT ACTIVIES. WE KAYAK OVER TO A PARK AND ARE LED BY BARRY and Catherine OF Aquarian Yoga and Holistic Healing Center THROUGH A SESSION OF YOGA. THEN WE PADDLE BACK TO EMPIRE FOR REFRESHMENTS. 8:30am CHECK-IN AND WE LAUNCH AT 9:00am. YOGA & KAYAK RENTAL $40pp.

45 minutes of Light Kayaking through marshlands and channel along a Marine and Bird Nature preserve and hopefully overseeing Osprey nests, geese, egrets, swans. Many younglings are being born at this time and
45-60 minutes of lighter Hatha, Vinyasa, ISHTA and Kundalini Yoga. Really welcoming partners and couples on these trips(get a double kayak…its fun and you need not have experience!)!!!

Weather is funny. Don’t let a little overcast fool you!! It is a good start and usually it is sunny and warm to hot by the time we return!
